425 California Street is a 27-story building built by Cahill Construction Co., Inc. in 1968 with an efficient design and side core layout. The building features a glass curtain wall which includes stepped bay windows, a unique visual feature both from the exterior and interior. 425 California Street has been held by the same ownership since the building’s inception.
In 2015, the building achieved the coveted LEED Gold Certification. 425 California Street is Energy Star certified. |
